The friendly staff at AIR T&G can be contacted any time of the day for your

enquiries or bookings. Please make sure you provide us with as much information

about your intended flight as you can. Things like preferred time and date for your

flight, number of passengers, name of tour or description of your flight and

accurate passenger weights.

Our Location

Ballina is located approximately 2.5 hours drive south of Brisbane along the Pacific

Hwy, about 50 minutes south of the Gold Coast and 20 minutes past Byron Bay.

To get to our office:

Turn off the Pacific Highway at the BP station intersection, and follow Southern

Cross Drive, (following all the signs to the airport). As you approach the

Terminal car park area, we are the last cream building on the left, next to Ballina

Airport Car Storage.

Terms and Conditions of Carriage

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Actual sights, routes, flights and flight duration may vary due to weather, operational considerations, air traffic and pilot discretion. Cancellation (by passengers) within 24 hours of flight time (or a no show) will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No fees are payable if AIR T&G cancels due to weather or any other operational contingency. If the weather is inclement on the day of your flight, the flight can be rescheduled at a time that is mutually convenient. If passengers are unable to fly on another day/time, no cancellation fee is payable by you. Time is quoted and charged from the time that the engine is started until it is stopped. To ensure the helicopter remains safely within loading limits, we require accurate passenger weights.
